SHIPPING

DETAILS
We offer free shipping on all Domestic orders totaling $200 or more.
All orders ship within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it can not be
adjusted or cancelled.
You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact contact@mestizacollections.com
Please note, we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays.

PRE-ORDERS 
Items available for pre-order allow our customers to secure an item before stock is available.
Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. In-stock items included in your order will ship before the pre-order. To see an estimated delivery date for items on pre-order, you may visit the item's product page.
Once your pre-order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel.

AFTER HOURS
No orders are shipped after hours (office hours: m-f 9 am-5 pm PST), on weekends or on holidays.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING 
If you require overnight shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00 pm PST. If you place an order after 12:00 pm PST, your order
will be processed to go out the next business day.

MISSING PACKAGES 
We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the carrier. We will not replace, or refund merchandise confirmed as
delivered.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for
a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. n rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer free Shipping on Canadian Orders over $250 USD & free Shipping on International Orders over $300 USD. Taxes and customs/broker fees not included.

All orders ship via DHL or FedEx. Please refer to their websites for specific shipping regions. Shipping address at checkout should be provided in English. Any other languages and missing fields will cause a delay in fulfilling your order.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive if it is international. International shipping charges are based on total price of items, the weight of the package, and it’s destination. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the carrier attempts to deliver your order and you are not at home, please take the necessary steps to retrieve the order.
