RETURNS
RETURN INFOMATION
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), odor and fragrance, scuffs, tears or snags for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of
the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Swimwear must be returned with all tags & hygienic liner attached. Please try on garments over underwear.
All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.
Please see “Sale Items” section below to learn more about returns on items purchased at a discounted rate.
When returning items for a refund, a $8 restocking fee will be deducted. We offer free return shipping on store credit. You may choose to return with your own shipping label but we advise using a trackable method.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not currently offer return labels for international customers.
We are unable to refund original shipping charges.
SALES ITMES
All items purchased during a sale period are final sale. Exclusions apply to items purchased with promotional code: FABI20.
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. If a final sale item is sent back in an attempt for a refund, the items will be sent back to the customer.
We do not offer price adjustments.

PROCESSING
Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.
EXCHANGFES
We currently offer exchanges on item(s) for a different size. We are unable to provide exchanges for a different color or style.
DAMAGED RETURNS
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
We will not accept returned garments that were not approved in our return's portal. No exceptions.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.
Once our team has provided a return label & approved the defective item, it must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged
Items without the original tags and packaging
Gift Cards.
Items marked FINAL SALE
Final sale items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT
Price adjustments do not apply to items included in special and/or limited-time savings events.

We cannot accept COD returns. We are unable to process exchanges for orders shipping internationally. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact customer service at contact@mestizacollections.com.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
TAXES AND DUTIES
All applicable customs and broker fees along with taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the Customs agent to release your package. We have no control over possible delays due to Customs once the package has left the U.S. We have no control over how much duties and fees to your country are.
POLICY AND TERMS
By placing an order at Mestiza Collections, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable Customs Import fee sand/or surcharges and the cost of return shipping back to Mestiza Collections. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
